This device is essentila for supporting the pipes while they are being welded with the butt fusion machine.
The roller minimizes pipe friction and drag force independently of the jobsite conditions.
-ROLLER 315 can sustain pipes up to 315mm, easy to use and light.
-ROLLER 560 can sustain pipes up to 560mm, easy to use and light.
-ROLLER 1000 can sustain pipe from up to 1000mm. The structure is light, so it is easy to carry and can be disassemlbed and reassembled in a few steps. This feature allows to store up to eight rollers in a single pallet thus improving transportation and logistics. Another advantage is the misalignment of the rollers in order to move the pipe easily even with the presence of weld beads. Working range from 315-1000mm.
